The Ranch at CityCentre was born from a simple yet powerful vision shared by two people who see the world differently — and beautifully together.
Genan, a surgeon with a lifelong appreciation for calm, restorative spaces, understands deeply what it means for a place to heal and replenish. Abed, an entrepreneur who fell in love with the Texas way of living — real materials, honest craftsmanship, and wide-open outdoor comfort — brought that vision to life with intention in every detail.
Together, they created something rare: a single-story private estate where authentic ranch character meets upscale Houston living, tucked into a quiet neighborhood just minutes from Memorial, CityCentre, and the Energy Corridor.
